The Method
Notice. Reflect. Repeat.
Self-Audit Success™ isn't therapy. It isn't diagnosis. It's a seven-step practice of structured self-reflection that you can return to for the rest of your life.
- 01
Notice
Slow down enough to see what's actually happening. Most insights are hiding in the obvious.
- 02
Reflect
Sit with the prompt. Resist the urge to immediately fix, explain, or apologize for what you find.
- 03
Understand
Look for the pattern, not the incident. One bad week is weather. Twelve in a row is climate.
- 04
Choose
Pick one. Exactly one. Change worth making. Choice is the line between awareness and movement.
- 05
Act
Do the smallest version of the chosen thing this week. Small consistent acts beat heroic single ones.
- 06
Review
Look back honestly. What changed? What didn't? Adjust the next audit accordingly.
- 07
Repeat
The practice is the point. Insight is a by-product of the cycle, not its destination.
A note
The method is intentionally boring. The work it makes possible is anything but.
